I’m Reece, the one behind the tail wags, steady routines, and calm, well cared for homes.
With over 12 years of hands-on experience in pet sitting, structured walking, and in home care, FINWAG was built on a simple belief: pet care should feel thoughtful, reliable, and genuinely personal. Whether I’m guiding enrichment walks, providing midday resets, or staying overnight in your home, I approach every visit with intention, patience, and respect.
What began as local dog walks and the occasional “aquarium whispering” has grown into a boutique pet care service supporting families across Gippsland. Two years in, FINWAG has evolved into something much bigger than I first imagined, a trusted, structured care experience designed to keep pets settled, stimulated, and secure while you’re away.
Why I Created Finwag
I saw a gap between basic pet sitting and truly enrichment-led care.
Pets don’t just need supervision, they need engagement, consistency, and someone who understands behaviour, energy levels, and routine. I created Finwag to offer something more intentional. Every walk is structured. Every visit has purpose. Every overnight stay is designed to maintain familiarity and reduce stress.
I don’t just “check in.” I show up with a plan.

Alongside services, FINWAG crafts its own treats right here in Gippsland using 100% Australian meat and real, simple ingredients.
They’re wholesome, locally made, and prepared with the same standards applied to every visit. No shortcuts. No unnecessary fillers. Just quality ingredients and a little love.
They’ve been thoroughly taste-tested and approved by in-house quality control managers, Murphy and Kammi, who take their roles very seriously (especially at snack time).

FINWAG recently reached its two year milestone, and what started as a small passion project has become a growing community of loyal pet families.
