Our treats are available here online, and you might also spot us at local markets around Gippsland.

All meat used in our treats is 100% Aussie, and we aim to source as many other ingredients locally.

Yes! If you’d like a quote for a larger product order, get in touch with us, we’re happy to help.

While our treats are crafted mainly for dogs, some are suitable for cats as well, and a small range made specifically for them. Always supervise treat time and check the ingredient list before feeding, especially if your pet has allergies or specific dietary needs.

If something’s not right, reach out, and we’ll work with you to fix it in line with our Refund Policy and Australian Consumer Law.

We recommend that pets are up to date with vaccinations, but it’s not a strict requirement. We take care of hygiene seriously and take precautions between clients to help keep everyone happy and healthy.

We’ve cared for dogs, cats, birds, fish and even curious little critters like guinea pigs and frogs! If you’re unsure whether we can help with your pet, just ask.

All new service clients complete a quick Meet & Greet before ongoing services start. It’s a friendly intro so we can meet you and your pet(s), discuss routines and access, and make sure everyone’s comfortable and ready for great visits 🐶🐱

The Meet & Greet is included in your first booking fee (valued at $15)

What if I need to cancel the Meet & Greet?
With 24 hours’ notice or more, the full booking amount will be refunded.
With less than 24 hours’ notice, the $15 Meet & Greet portion is non-refundable and the rest of the booking refunded.
If FINWAG decides not to proceed after the Meet & Greet, the full booking amount will be refunded.

We ask that cancellations or changes be made at least 24 hours before the service. Late cancellations and no-shows (where we can’t access your property or your pet isn’t available) may be charged in full.

Yes! We’re happy to send updates or photos during services so you can enjoy peace of mind (and maybe a cute snap or two 🐾).

If needed, we’re authorised to seek veterinary care for your pet at your nominated clinic or the nearest available provider. Veterinary costs are the client’s responsibility, and we will take reasonable steps to contact you first where practical.

You can pay using the options available at checkout (e.g., card, PayPal, etc.). Acceptance of bank transfers, EFTPOS, and cash if arranged before booking.
